These Terms and Conditions "Terms" govern your use of Orbitt MM, an automated Telegram bot service provided by Orbitt within the Orbitt Ecosystem. By accessing or using Orbitt MM, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using Orbitt MM.

1. Confidentiality and Information Disclosure:

• Limited Disclosure: Orbitt MM is committed to disclosing only essential information necessary for client usage, which is publicly available on the Orbitt website, such as the Volume Calculator, and instructions on its operation. We do not disclose sensitive information beyond what is essential for client operations.
• Estimation of Volume: Please note that the volume calculator gives an estimation generated by Orbitt MM, which may vary depending on various factors, primarily the token"s performance. Better gains in token value typically result in higher generated volume.
• Usage Duration and Transactions: Orbitt MM will operate for a duration ranging from 20 to 24 hours to generate volume. During this time, it may conduct between 1 to 4 transactions per minute using up to 4000 wallets.

2. Referral Center and Referral Executives:

Non-Disclosure Obligation: The Referral Center for Orbitt MM and Referral Executives are also bound by non-disclosure obligations. They are obligated to maintain confidentiality and only disclose information as necessary for client usage.

3. Payment and Refund Policy:

• Payment Methods: Orbitt MM services are purchasable via a one-time charge for a specified duration using the Telegram bot interface. Payment is done on-chain using Solana and checked through the Telegram bot.
• Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Orbitt be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential changes of price arising out of or in any way connected with the use of Orbitt MM.

4. Limitation of Liability:

• Disclaimer: Orbitt MM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of Orbitt MM due to market and Client token volatility.
• No Refunds: There are no refunds provided after the end of Orbitt MM usage. Once the service duration has concluded, no refunds will be issued.

5. General Provisions:

• Modifications: Orbitt reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Dubai, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
